xWebP and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you upload and process.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Images are deleted after processing.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

xWebP is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where xWebP operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
